I’m back! It’s been close to 8 weeks since I’ve recorded a solo episode. Today I share what happened to me almost 8 weeks ago and what’s gotten me through this season of healing, slowing down and pausing this Summer.
I learned how to:
- Tend to My Soul
- Prune things that weren’t serving me
- Improve Myself and Health
- Give Thanks and Appreciate the Small Things
- Reconnect with God, myself, and nature
- Choosing to show up with a positive mindset and tap into gladness
- Know that God is working in me and through me even while I am healing
- Know that God is preparing me (mentally, physically, spiritually) for my next season
- How to keep honing in on my purpose and mission/ get more clarity
