On Today’s mini encouragement episode Kristin talks about how we add more generousity, adventure, creativity and passion into our lives with simple tips from Megan Holley of Living Out Loud and she shares words from Erin Hampton and Erin Van Vuren who speak to feeling truly alive.  Kristin share- I have felt this for months-  I am tired and worn out around the edges but it’s not sleep I crave- it’s sunshine, and the ocean, and the mountains.  I crave more creativity and calmness in my daily routine.   I crave blue skies and the open road.  And yes adventure.  My soul craves new places and road trips.  It’s true-  we don’t need more sleep we need more authentic living.  More time in prayer and stillness to ground us.  More joy from putting our hands in the soil and seeing flowers bloom.  Gathering around a table with a meal and meaningful conversation.  Here’s to doing little things this week that get us closer to feeling rested and energized because we are doing what lights us up.
