Why you need to show up fully yourself, with all your quirks, and likes, and obstacles and silliness. To show up in your humanness and sincerity. People really do follow people and we want to show up as authentic as we can so that those that relate to us, and what we like and what makes us happy or cry or geek out over will find us.
We elevate our brand and our audience, those we connect with and build relationships around because of how we show up in the world.
